I am a mother of 2 children, Porsha and Gavin.  My children are the world to me.  After we bought our home in 2003 I decided to stay home and enjoy my children while caring for others.  I met my husband, Justen, in 1998.  We moved to Rochester in 2000 and we were married in 2003. He is a great husband and very supportive of my choice to be a childcare provider.  He is a mechanic and is always working on something.  The daycare kids just love him!  During the summer we spend alot of time at the river boating or on the beach.  We have a cocker spaniel named Oscar who has been around the kids since he was a pup.  I am a member of the local child care assosication, Family Child Care Inc. (FCCI) and I also serve on the board.  I am always taking trainings to improve the quality of care that I provide to the children.  In my spare time I like to do scrapbooking, read to my children, gardening, spending time with friends and family and enjoying our time on the boat away from every day life.
